I believe you may have a choice of language when getting in the introduction menu ex: press 9 for English. If you press zero you will end up getting answered by a receptionist. However, keep in mind that they are all union employees with absolutely zero initiative. Some do speak English but this isn't their job description. If you extremely lucky you might get answered by someone that like to practice their English conversation and would try to transfer you to the patient room. Best of luck to you ??
